  • 3. Structural Condition of tank.
  • 4. Tank Lid Condition.
  • 5. Tank Material (Concrete, Fiberglass, Plastic etc).
  • 6. Whether outlet filter is installed or not.
  • 7. Drain field configuration and total Sq Ft.
  • 8. Drain field type (Type of material drain field is constructed of).
  • 9. If drain field is in failure at time of inspection.
  • 10. Is system a dosing system or not.
  • 11. If is dosing system does all pumps and alarms work properly.
  • 12. Plot plan showing location of system and meets all applicable setbacks.
